NOTICE OF CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE FIRST NIGHT OF THE
RESERVATION. 10% OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED OR PROCESSED (IN THE CASE OF A CREDIT
CARD) AS A HANDLING FEE FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS WHEN SUFFICIENT NOTICE IS GIVEN.
When insufficient notice is given, the entire deposit is retained or processed.( full cabin rental for length
of stay)
